We've moved!

The time has come, my faithful followers!  My new website is up and running at aubreyhansen.com, and it is time for this blog to be laid to rest.  I will now be blogging at the new address, although this blog will remain live at aubreyhansen.blogspot.com for the time being, should you wish to browse the archives.

Those of you who are subscribed by email and RSS should find that your subscriptions have been automatically transferred.  Those of you who have followed via Google Friend Connect, however, will need to manually subscribe to my new blog.

I owe great thanks to each of you for following my blog these two years and making it the thriving place of discussion that it is.  I would be greatly honored if you would join me on my new site and continue with me on my blogging journey.  See you there!

WARNING:  This blog will be moving.

Yup, I finally broke down and decided to transfer my website to a self-hosted WordPress platform.  In the process I am getting it completely and utterly redesigned.

So yeah.  Big changes ahead.  Which is why I'm warning you a few weeks in advance, because you all will need to transfer your subscriptions to the new site when it's up.  I mean, you do want to keep following me, right?  Maybe?  Hopefully?

Rest assured that my URL (www.aubreyhansen.com) will remain the same, but during the transition things might get a little chaotic.  You also might not be seeing many posts from me until everything settles down, and when I do start posting again, the nature of my posts may be a little bit different.

I'll keep you all updated, but in the meantime, be prepared.  Sing the Disney song by the same name if it helps:

And while I'm here, let me say a big thank-you to everyone who has visited this blog in its two years of existence.  I may be the one doing all the idiotic typing, but y'all make it worthwhile!

God bless you, and stay tuned!

Have you been reading this year?

Well, have ya?  Yeah?  Good!  That makes two of us.  My mission to finally crack down on my notoriously bad (er, nonexistent?) reading habits and swallow some books has been brilliantly successful   I'm up to 19 books read so far this year--which is more than I read last year combined.  (Yeah, I told you it was pathetic.)

Now the bad news (or is it good news?) about all this is that I'm giving everyone participating in Outread Aubrey! a run for their money.
